Today I finished the ink drawing for my first illustration. It took a lot longer than I expected. I was in the studio on Thursday from 8:30 until 4 and then on Sunday I was in the studio from 3 until 11 working on this drawing along with my resume and abstract. Today I spent 2 more hours in the studio from 4:30 until 6:30 putting the final touches on the drawing. Tomorrow I will go onto color.

I think I like the idea of using just one quote the best. There's a lot of information in the picture already, and it might be nice to leave things open-ended.
